Choosing Your College
Oxford or Cambridge, it's a difficult choice to make! We'll explain the differences between colleges in terms of housing, facilities, and scholarship opportunities. We'll find the best college for you and your situation together.
Writing Your Law Personal Statement
Any Oxbridge application must include a strong personal statement. Through revisions and drafts created by our skilled professionals, our online drafting platform will help support you in improving your personal statement. We'll go over the crucial components to include and how to write in an appropriate tone.
Preparing for the LNAT/CLT
Law applicants to Oxford are required to sit the LNAT, whereas applicants to Cambridge need to take the CLT. We offer one-to-one tuition with experienced law tutors to help demystify these assessments and prevent you from making common mistakes. In addition, our expert team has designed a series of self-study online resources to work through including an example question bank!
Law Interview Preparation
The Oxbridge law interview is perhaps the most stressful part of the application process, for both Cambridge Law interview and/or Oxford Law Interview! These interviews are notable for being challenging, and they are the deciding factor in whether or not you will get the offer. We prepare you for the respective Oxbridge interview, whether it is Oxford Law interview or Cambridge Law interview day by working through common Oxbridge law questions, performing a mock Oxford Law interview, or mock Cambridge Law Interview in a realistic Oxbridge interview setting, and putting you through Oxbridge-style debates and challenges.
Group Workshops and Enrichment Seminars
Use our group sessions to meet other Law students who share your interests. We'll talk about interesting legal cases and the unique teaching style at Oxbridge.
Life at Oxbridge
All of our Oxbridge Mind tutors are Law graduates or current students at Oxbridge. This means they can offer you firsthand accounts of what it's like to study law at Oxford or Cambridge. Our tutors are top academic performers who have access to the resources created by Oxbridge Mind's education and application experts.

    A bit about you

I decided I wanted to study Law after a talk from a lawyer who came to my school. My teachers suggested I looked at Oxbridge but coming from a state school I didn’t know anyone else who had any experience of applying to Oxford or Cambridge. I was lucky enough to be able to visit Oxford and instantly decided that I wanted to study there.

How did you find the programme?

I wanted to get advice from someone who had been through the application process so searched on Google. A few different companies came up but I decided to go for Oxbridge Mind because of their online self-study course. I liked the idea of having resources I could look through in my own time.

How did it help with your Oxbridge application?

The best thing for me was having a tutor who had studied Law at Oxford at the college that I wanted to apply to. He answered all of my questions and gave me such a good insight to both the course and the lifestyle of an Oxford student. I also really liked having the practice question bank that I could work through in-between my tutor sessions.

    A bit about you

I’ve always been quite academic and had a dream about studying at Cambridge from a really early age. I was probably about 11 when I first started researching it! When the time came to finally apply I was so nervous as I felt like my entire life had been building up to the application. I’m so grateful to have a place at Cambridge and want to thank Oxbridge Mind for all the work they did for me.

How did you find the programme?

I think I first found the site through their YouTube channel because I was searching for advice.

How did it help with your Oxbridge application?

It was very reassuring to be able to work with Oxbridge law tutors who were experienced and gave me a lot of encouragement. I ended up having two tutors due to a unpredicted change in my schedule, and was pleasantly surprised that both tutors ended up being lovely. It helps that every tutor uses the same resources because if you ever have to change, the new tutor can pick up exactly where you left off before.

    A bit about you

I’ve always been a bit of a problem-solver so law seemed like a natural fit from me. I’m lucky enough to have a family friend who’s a solicitor and they let me do some work experience with them which confirmed it for me. Although now I want to try and become a barrister!

How did you find the programme?

My school actually recommended it as previous students have used the online lessons before.

How did it help with your Oxbridge application?

It definitely helped! Having someone there who had been through the process meant that I could share my worries with them and they completely understood. I was much more confident in the end.

What is your experience and success rate?
We've taught over 50,000 students and provided over 200,000 hours of one-on-one tutoring through Oxbridge Mind and Study Mind. Our Oxbridge success rate is more than double the national average in the United Kingdom, and our LNAT average score is among the top 30% in the country.
How long does the Law programme last?
You can use your one-on-one tutoring hours for any topic over the course of three years, including your Law Application and A-levels (all subjects). The majority of students will begin our programme between March and August 2022 for 2023 entrance, however, we have many students who begin earlier or later! We may adjust the programme's structure to your needs, and we'll create a customised strategy and timeframe for you right away.
Do you provide Personal Statement and Interview support too?
Without a doubt! We have prepared lesson plans for the LNAT, Oxford Law Interview and/or Cambridge Law Interview, Personal Statement, and other components of your application in our 1-1 Law programme. You can allocate your 1-1 hour to any part of the application you choose, for example, if you want to spend more time on LNAT and less time on the interview.
Which package do you recommend I choose?
The platinum package is our most popular, since it leads to the most improvement in your LNAT score, Oxford Law Interview and/or Cambridge Law Interview ability, and overall application success. With over 70 hours of one-on-one mentoring, you'll get the greatest possible help to increase your chances of success. Our other packages are also highly effective, but we have less time to dig in-depth into topics or areas of weakness than we do with the Platinum Package because we have fewer hours of tuition.
