Wolfson College was founded in 1965. With around 700 postgraduate students and 180 undergraduate students, Wolfson College only admits students aged 21 or over. Being one of the more modern Cambridge institutions, it doesn’t follow all the university’s traditions – for example, fellows regularly fraternise with undergraduate students at dinner, something that doesn’t occur at many other Colleges. Wolfson College was the first of the Cambridge Colleges to admit both men and women as students and fellows and strives to create an inclusive, diverse community.
