Why do you want to study architecture at Oxford?
For me, attending Oxford to study architecture is a dream come true. The esteemed architecture programme at the institution is well-known for its creative approach to design, outstanding faculty, and long history. The thought of studying under some of the top experts in the area and taking in all Oxford has to offer in terms of architectural marvels fascinates me.
What was your favourite part about the Architecture summer school?
The chance to work with other students on design projects was my favourite aspect of Oxford’s Architecture Summer School. Together, as a team, we were able to bring our distinct viewpoints and conceptions together to produce creative and striking architectural concepts.
How did it help with your Oxbridge Architecture application?
My Oxbridge Architecture application was greatly enhanced by the Oxford Architecture Summer School. I had a rare chance to explore the intellectual challenges and rigorous coursework of an architectural programme at Oxford or Cambridge thanks to this programme.
Why do you want to study architecture at Oxford?
The university’s emphasis on sustainable design particularly appeals to me because it precisely reflects my love for building environmentally responsible structures that blend in with their surroundings.
What was your favourite part about the Architecture summer school?
The faculty members’ and seasoned architects’ advice and mentoring were priceless. They pushed us to think critically, try out various materials, and think about how our designs would affect the environment. We were able to improve our concepts and take our architectural designs to new levels thanks to their knowledge and input.
How did it help with your Oxbridge Architecture application?
I was able to build a portfolio of architectural projects during the summer school that demonstrated my ability to think creatively and to design. I had lots of opportunity to polish my architectural skills and demonstrate my potential as a future architect through the practical workshops, design studios, and individual projects.
