Oxbridge Mind helped me particularly with ELAT preparation and interview practice. It was lovely to speak to someone who shared my passion for literature and fully convinced me that studying at Oxford was the right choice for me. She helped me to frame my interview answers so that I fully explained my thought process.

For anyone with an interest in Literature studying at Cambridge is a dream. Where else would you want to study when Sylvia Plath, Tennyson and even Wordsworth are among the famous alumni.

How did it help with your Oxbridge application?
It helped me understand the interview and ELAT processes. The questions and thought processes required are different from those I was used to at school. Cambridge are not looking for someone who is book smart and my tutor worked with me to get used to lateral thinking.

I’ve been a bookworm since I learnt to read. Studying English at university was a natural choice for me and I hope to work in publishing after my degree.

I wanted some extra support in my Cambridge application beyond the sessions organised by my school.
How did it help with your Oxbridge application?
It helped me to understand the structure of the admission tests and what would be expected at interview. The mock interviews helped me put what I had learnt into practice and even though I was obviously nervous, I became more confident.
