Worcester College was founded in the 18th century and is known for its 26 acres of beautiful grounds featuring numerous green spaces, ducks, an orchard, and the College sports field. The College values welfare very highly and has a number of avenues of support for College members with any kind of problem. There are generally 3 bops a term, where two take place in the college bar, and the third takes place in a club. Other regular social events include themed evenings, comedy nights, and charity auctions amongst other events.

| Financial support | Churchill College has a College Finance Tutor who can help with situations relating to funding or finance. Students can apply to the Cambridge Bursary Scheme as well as several other bursary schemes aimed at students undertaking language courses or work experience in the Arts. | Accommodation | Churchill College guarantees campus accommodation for the full duration of undergraduate courses. This involves living in a communal court within the College’s gardens and sports grounds. Over 40% of rooms are en suite, with all rooms having access to shared bathrooms and laundry facilities. Churchill is a catered college, so students eat in the Dining Hall, although there are snack kitchens with combination ovens and fridges. There are also rooms that have been adapted for wheelchair users or those with restricted mobility. All first-year postgraduate students are provided with college accommodation, with students in their subsequent years of study being able to apply to live in college rooms. Most of this is in houses on or next to the College site. These sites have their own gardens and communal facilities, as well as having access to the central dining facilities that the college provides. Rooms are priced individually, with prices ranging from £91 to £183 per week as well as food costs. |
| Sports | Churchill College has over 42 acres of sports pitches available, with clubs such as cricket, rugby, football and lacrosse making great use of this. There are also on-site squash courts, basketball courts and tennis courts, as well as a dance studio. |
