Worcester College was founded in the 18th century and is known for its 26 acres of beautiful grounds featuring numerous green spaces, ducks, an orchard, and the College sports field. The College values welfare very highly and has a number of avenues of support for College members with any kind of problem. There are generally 3 bops a term, where two take place in the college bar, and the third takes place in a club. Other regular social events include themed evenings, comedy nights, and charity auctions amongst other events.

Accommodation | All first-year students are housed on site where most rooms are en-suite. Second, third, and fourth-year students enter a ballot to determine their residence for the next academic year. These residences consist of nine sites within a mile of the city centre. All rooms are single occupancy with shared bathrooms. Limited rooms are available to rent during term time but are subject to fees. Postgraduate students are offered rooms in shared houses off the College site. These are single study-bedrooms with shared bathrooms and kitchens. The location is ideal; the Liddell Building is close to the gym, pool and shopping area for all your grocery needs. The College operates a pay-as-you-go system and provides cafeteria-style self-service meals, and formal dinners once a week. Average meal costs can be found on the college website. Sports | Corpus Christi College has its own well-equipped boathouse on the river close to the college. Additionally, there is a shared sports ground with equipment for many different sports. The college offers free membership to the university gym and boasts its own college gym. During the summer, croquet is played in the magnificent Corpus garden. |
Welfare | First-year students are allocated ‘College Parents’ to help them adjust to university life. There is also a dedicated welfare team composed of junior and senior members who can provide holistic support. Subject tutors are the first point of call for pastoral care. |
